After running so well as a freshman including a state title victory in the 1600 meter last spring, Elizabeth Williamson from Academy of Holy Names had a few up and down moments this sophomore season of cross country but put it all together when it mattered with her best 5K race yet in an 18:04 PR performance for third place showing in the FHSAA 2A girls state race.
