Marcelo Mantecon, an 8th grader at Belen Jesuit running for Miami Elite Track Club, rocked a 3K course record time of 9:30 at Holloway Park at the flrunners.com Invitational. He returns this weekend to go after his own course record again along with the FLYRA State Champions meet record of 9:43 held by Rheinhardt Harrison.
