Not to be overshadowed by her teammate and ninth grader Eliana Black who has been tearing it up every race this season as the state's fastest runner, Cambridge Christian junior Madeleine Gear has been exceptionally fast in all of her races this season at 18:27 in the Cecil Field Summer Classic, 18:15 in the Zak Lucas Invitational, and 18:13 PR this past weekend at the Hawks on the Hill Invitational.
