In the 50 years since Title IX's advent, opportunities have grown for girls in high school track and field thanks to the pioneering of those before them.

But within the past five years or so, we've seen generational female talents break barriers and push the competition in their respective events to never-before-seen levels, becoming modern trailblazers of sorts in their own right.
