Niceville's Skye Tolbert had a breakout junior season of track becoming the state champion in the 4A girls 100-meter hurdles and being the state leader in the event as well as leading the nation earlier in the season (currently US #4) with a 13.53 season-best.  Tolbert also cleared a personal-best height of 12'9.50" in the pole vault as a state runner-up to her graduated teammate Lilly Chouinard.
