Lake Mary junior Markel Jones had a stellar state meet double in the hurdles finishing as the 4A state runner-up in both the 110 and 300-meter hurdles behind state leader Cyrus Ways of Nease with personal best times of 14.10 and 37.51. Both performances were leading times for the junior class in Florida this spring.
