Preview: On the boys side Tyler Udland (NJ) is the top returner, finishing 2nd to Solomon Haile last year. David Oster (NJ) is also on the radar with his strong 3rd placing showing at the NJ MOC race behind the Rosa twins, who are running at NXN. Brad Miles (PA) smashed the course record in winning his state meet race, and could also challenge for the victory. John Raneri (CT) has been rolling over New England this season, and will likely be in the mix as well. On the girls side Aisling Cuffe (NY), is poised to win the championship race, earning her 2nd berth to nationals in as many years. Chelsea Ley (NJ) has been on fire this year, winning her first NJ MOC race, and looks poised to challenge Cuffe up front. Emily Lipari (NY) is listed as a competitor, but has been battling an injury since her state meet two weeks ago. Shaylyn Tuite (NY), 2nd to Cuffe at the NY Fed meet, and Colleen Schmidt (NY), 4th at Feds, could also challenge for top spots.
