* Kyzaiah Stone cleared 7-0.5 for a new Apex Lions' Relays meet record

It was a great weekend for Cleveland's (NC) Kyzaiah Stone at the Apex Lions' Relays.
The NCHSAA 4A Indoor State champion continued his successful high jump career by clearing his fourth jump over 7-0.
Despite grabbing the victory early in the competition with a 6-4 jump, Stone kept raising the bar. This weekend he set a new meet record and a new personal best of 7-0.5 to win the title.
"I'm feeling great," Stone told MileSplit. "It excites me to see what I can do for the rest of the season."
Even though it's the first week of April, Stone's performance moved him up to US No. 1 and he tied for North Carolina's No. 10 on the all-time list.
