To wrap up the indoor season, Avery Lewis of Friends' Central (PA) won the final National Girls Performer Of The Week poll for the winter.
The sophomore won her first national title in the 60m at the New Balance Nationals Indoor with a personal best of 7.27. She then finished the championship with a silver medal in the long jump and she had the fourth-best performance in the 200m.
Now that we are officially into the outdoor season, many athletes have shaken up the leaderboards and it's time to vote for the first outdoor National Girls Performer Of The Week.
MileSplit will recognize a winner every week in this poll, with nominations handed out on Monday. The poll will end on Friday and winners will be announced the following Monday.
