A sensational final 200 meters in the girls 1,600m on Saturday at the APU Meet of Champions led Mira Costa's Dalia Frias to a big win over Ventura freshman Sadie Engelhardt, as the Duke signee judged her final stretch just right, ran a personal record time and landed the No. 2 all-time performance at the distance in 4:33.54.
