adidas Track Nationals Preview: 400m Sprinters Look Strong

The 400m at the adidas Track Nationals is probably one of the deepest fields. A handful of the nation's best quarter-milers will contest for a title this weekend in Virginia Beach, Virginia. 

Just a week ago, William Jones finished second at the New Balance Nationals Indoor with a 46.76 and moved up to US No. 3 in the event. He will face Zyaire Nuriddin of Montverde Academy (FL), who has been looking impressive throughout the season. He opened up his outdoor season with a 46.73 and currently sits as US No. 2. 

On the girls side, Lauren Tolbert was third at the adidas Indoor Nationals last year. Sanaa Hebron, an athlete who showcases her versatility and time after time shows up to make finals, will also be in the mix.
