In this week's Race Breakdowns with Olivia, Rheinhardt Harrison goes in-depth on his 1K performance that he ran at the VA Showcase in January.

The Nease (FL) senior crossed the finish line in 2:22.77, which is the second-fastest time recorded in high school history.

What's impressive is this was not only Harrison's first 1K in his career, but this was also his first-ever indoor meet. This race boosted his confidence to finish his senior season on a high note before heading to the University of Oregon in the fall.
