There's a first for everything, and starting on Friday in College Station, Texas, the opening installment of the Texas A&M Bluebonnet Invitational will feature a selection of Texas' and Louisiana's top athletes at E.B. Cushing Stadium, the Aggie's brand new outdoor facility.
The high school-focused meet is scheduled to host some electric events: From the girls 100m, which features Division I prospects Autumn Wilson, Jada Campos and Camryn Domonique Dickson; to the boys 400m, which will pit sub-48 stars Logan Popelka and Eric Hemphill on the same track.
Of course, those are only two of the events.
In the days to come, we'll have preview content outlining the entire meet, including athletes to watch, storylines to pay attention to and a hub page exploring all the information you need to know on race day.
