Performance: Forsyth has been on an absolute tear this season.
Before Saturday's action inside the Saginaw Valley State University track for the fifth installment of the MITS event, the Ann Arbor Pioneer sophomore owned two national top five performances in the 800m (2:08.62) and mile (4:44.20).
Then she added a U.S. No. 1 in the 3,200m.
Forsyth nearly broke 10 minutes for the distance, clocking a new national-best of 10:02.12. That performance ranks third all-time in in the Michigan record books, just behind Audrey Dadamio (9:51.28) and Zofia Dudek (9:56.72).
