Alonzo Sims, Riverdale Baptist (MD)
Sims will have a busy weekend running in four individual events at the Virginia Beach Complex.
He's entered to run in the 60m, 200m, 300m and 400m.
The senior already opened his season in all four of those events at the Grant Holloway Holiday Invitational and the Ursinus High School Invitational in December.
He set personal bests last winter with a 22.73 in the 200m and a time of 50.13 in the 400m.
