The Satellite boys are in a position to repeat as the 2A state champions after a streak of victories at Wickham Park for their conference, district, and regional races, but the task will not be easy to win again at Apalachee Regional Park on Friday with the Bolles boys breathing down their neck and coming on strong down the stretch including a perfect score at their regional meet. Speaking of scores, Satellite with 57 and Bolles with 59 points is projected for a tight race at the state meet between the two best teams in the classification using their season-best times.
