In 2016, at the 52nd Annual McQuaid Invitational then Carlisle (PA) senior Noah Affolder set the course record clocking 14:12.70 for 3-miles. Affolder's brother Sam took third that same year running 14:53.30. Sam's time ranks 30th on the all-time list.
This year the McQuaid Invitational will have a new 3-mile course so the top time from the 2021 edition of the meet will set a new course record.
