We're continuing to evaluate some of the underrated signings from the Class of 2021. Below, these three women will have a chance to inject major scoring potency into the lineups of their new programs.

The catch? Their specialities lie in the field events. Let's break down each name and analyze what they'll bring to the table.




Ashlyn Giles, Wake Forest

High School: Schuylkill Valley (PA)


This Pennsylvania native was originally committed to the University of Nebraska, a quietly great program when it comes to the field events, and specifically in the throws.

However, Giles eventually reversed her decision and ultimately ended up with Wake Forest.

That move turned out to be a massive win for the Demon Deacons women's program and a tough loss for the Cornhuskers.
