Let's just start here to begin: First year high school athletes are not finished products. And when it comes to recruiting, so much can change over the next three years. But with this first recruiting list, we're setting a barometer for how this class is performing through their first seasons in high school. Keep those variables in mind. With that being said, here are some details:
MileSplit has made a subjective ranking of the top 50 girls recruits for the Class of 2024. We ranked our top 50 athletes based on a tiered rating system, current MileSplit50 and MileSplit track and field and cross country rankings, state records, historical results and performances over national competition. This is our first list.
