Ava Parekh Shares Insight on adidas Indoor Nationals' Mile

In February, Ava Parekh ran a personal best to win the adidas Indoor National mile title in 4:47.17. Her performance was ranked US No. 2 in this event during the 2021 indoor season. Parekh had a chance to sit down with MileSplit's Olivia Ekpone to analyze her race and to share what was going through her mind.
