The Nation's Top Sprinters Will Finally Go Head-to-Head
* Victoria Perrow is tied for the US No. 1 time in the 60m with a time of 7.39 seconds

The top sprinters in the country will face each other in the short sprints.
And there's no room for error, as the girls 55m will be completely stacked. An ideal finals field has the added storyline of seeing just how fast each athlete is at the 40-yard-dash. Timers at the meet will be setting up an FAT system at the 40-yard line to get an accurate mark at the distance.
As far as contenders go, Bullis School's (MD) Victoria Perrow has the second-fastest time in the nation in the 55m. In October, she ran a time of 7.04 seconds in her season opener. She has competed in a handful of 60m races since then, putting down a 7.39 in the finals of the VA Beach Club Opener.
Perrow shares the US No. 1 honor at the distance with Wakefield's (NC) Shawnti Jackson, who also happens to be the No. 1 sprinter in the 200m. Jackson, the daughter of Olympic medalist and hurdler Bershawn "Batman" Jackson, ran 7.39 at the Galleria Games in mid-December.
Last year, Perrow finished second in the 55m by an insanely thin margin of 0.01; she earned a lifetime best of 6.96 seconds in the process.
Both Perrow and Jackson have competed at Grant Holloway Holiday Invitational but weren't in the same heat for the 200m.
The rest of the field aren't to be slept on, either: Hannah Douglas of Olympia (FL), Kaila Jackson of Detroit Renaissance (MI) and Autumn Wilson of St. Dominic Savio Catholic.
Jackson, the 10th ranked sprinter in the 60m, ran a 7.55 at the Blackwell AAU Invitational Opener earlier this month. Wilson hasn't lost a finals race at the 60m all-season.
