In our last piece, we highlighted three high school senior boys who have made promising improvements. As a result, those young men have bolstered their value as recruits in a big way.

On the women's side, there are also a handful of promising talents who have made eye-catching leaps in terms of their fitness and performances.

Here are three high school senior girls who have recently improved their recruiting value.



Victoria Perrow, Bullis School (MD)

College Commitment: Virginia Tech


Earlier this month, the Bullis School senior dropped an eyebrow-raising time of 7.39 seconds in the 60 meter dash at the Virginia Beach Club Opener. That wasn't just a new personal best for Perrow, but it suddenly launched her into a nationally-elite tier.

For comparison, 7.39 would have ranked Perrow at US No. 5 during the 2020 indoor track season....
