LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- Eastview (MN) High School graduate AJ Green dropped a season-best 800 meter performance on Sunday at the 2020 AAU West Coast Junior Olympic Games, going 1:50.75 in difficult conditions.
The time, registered against just two competitors, places Green at US No. 3 for the season, though the future University of Kansas athlete said his season isn't up just yet.
Green confirmed he will be running in the weeks to come, with tentative dates scheduled for the Meet of Champions in Illinois and the AAU Junior Olympic Games in Florida.
