Ran an incredible 15:42 5K average to dominate Cedar Park Invitational; all seven varsity scorers were under 15:58. Continues to improve and unless York has an answer is destined for the top spot. 

Scores a perfect 15 points to win the VVS Invitational with a 23 second 1-5 spread; could this be the best F-M team yet?

3.The Woodlands College Park, TX (3)

Recently competed at the Woodbridge Invitational against then US#2 Arcadia, destroyed the field with a 14:51 3-mile average to defeat new US#7 St. John Bosco who averaged 15:01

College Park scores 45 points at the Humble ISD Region III Preview Meet; with a 23 second 1-5 spread

4.Ferris, WA (6)

4.Saratoga, NY (6)

Travelled to the Highlander Invitational placing 5 competitors in the top 20, preparing for the Stanford Invitational; leader US#16 Adam Thorne runs a 12:26 2.5 mile

Open at EJ Herman Invitational; should compete well against US#2 Fayetteville Manlius

5.Boerne Champion, TX (NR)

5.Magnificat, OH (7)

In incredible fashion at UTSA Invitational this group ran a 15:43 5K average with all seven varsity runners in the top 11 and under 16:08

Won the 30-team Tiffin Cross Country Carnival with 52 points; placing 5 runners in the top 20

6.St. John Bosco, CA (NR)

6.Torrey Pines, CA (9)

Competed at Woodbridge, lost to current US#3 Royal but defeated then US#2 and current US#7 Arcadia with a 15:01 3-mile average

Dominated the 50 team Mt. Carmel Invitational with 72 points; over 1000 competitors in combined scoring and yet team still placed top 4 in top 15 places

7.Arcadia, CA (2)

7.Shadle Park, WA (15)

Suffers defeat to current US#3 and then US#7 Royal and unranked St. John Bosco; drops in the rankings; Arcadia did drop a 14:58 3-mile average

Looked phenomenal in a national top 5 caliber performance at the Highlander Invitational; placing all scorers in the top 12, over a tough 2.5 mile course the team would have won every division at the Manhattan Invitational last year over the same distance

8.Henry Jackson, WA (NR)

8.Shenendehowa, NY (NR)

Left off of the rankings due to no meet results however we knew they would be strong, recently dominated the South Widbey Invitational averaging 16:05 over 5000 meters and an incredible 15 second 1-5 spread

Won Guilderland Invitational with 16 points with a 17:05 average over the 2.7 mile course

9.Haddonfield, NJ (4)

9.Blacksburg, VA (8)

Running in seperate classes Haddonfield dominated the Cherokee Challenge with 4 runners under 10 minutes over the 3200 meter course

Won the 25-team Knights Cross Invitational with 50 points; top two individuals Kathleen Stevens and Joanna Stevens lead this tough team from Virginia

10.F-Manlius, NY (9)

10.Burnt-Hills, NY (NR)

There is much chatter in New York about this team, perhaps they will be as good as the girls? Recently scored 16 points at the VVS Invitational

Scores 46 points to win the Hartford Riverfront XC Festival; placing 5 in the top 17

11.American Fork, UT (10)

11.Chiles, FL (14)

Won the Provo Bulldog Invitational with 27 points to defeat SW#4 Pine View and SW#3 Mountain View with a 29 second 1-4 spread and five in the top 15

Scores 51 points at the 28-team Katie Caples Invitational; placing four in the top 10 this team is knocking on the top ten door

12.Albuquerque Aca, NM (5)

12.Classical Acad. CO (12)

Dominated Bear Canyon with 30 team points, still looking for the breakout performance for the Academy in 2009

Placing 6 runners in the top 14 and all 7 in the top 20; Academy dominated the St. Vrain Invitational with 38 points over Boulder who had nearly topped Fort Collins a week earlier

Up next at Stanford Invitational for a showdown against nationally top ranked teams

Won the DIV I team title at the Liberty Bell Invitational; defeated NM#1 Alb Academy girls

14.North Central, WA (12)

14.Glacier Peak, WA (NR)

Placed second at Tracy Walters Clash of the Titans even though top 6 were all in the top 20; team looks strong and capable to be a top 5 team at any moment

Won the Silverwood Coaster Invitational with 28 points; places 5 in the top 10

15.Kamiakin, WA (15)

15.Arlington, NY (NR)

Placed third narrowly at Tracy Walters Clash of the Titans; list to US#4 Ferris and US#14 North Central, capable of competing like Ferris just need to pull it all together

Won the Washingtonville Wizard Invitational with 20 points by placing 6 in the top 10 ; also defeated Tatnall, DE in a recent meet
