Last year there were solid performances across the board in the 400m. There were four girls who ran faster than 52-seconds flat in the one lap race.

And two of those girl returned for the 2020 season.

By looking at the top 10 400m times from 2019, three of them were seniors: Northeast (FL) High School's Jan'Taijah Ford, Victoria St. Joseph's (TX) J'Den Miller and Mills Godwin's (VA) Britton Wilson.
