Why We're Excited: We have another one under the magic barrier in the walks.  We only saw two under the year before, led by now Junior Ciara Durcan (Pearl River).  But it seems she'll have closer competition, as Long Island is key in producing strong Racewalkers. 4th at State Quals last year lead to a 4th at New Balance Nationals, and she has only progressed from there.
