One of the hardest parts about the recruiting process, athletes know, is picking the best schools for the type of athlete they are. There are so many outside influences that can allow an athlete to lose sight of the original focus.

However, John Burroughs senior Brandon Miller knows exactly what he's looking for and has picked five programs be believes can deliver on his future goals.  

The St. Louis native has been dominating the mid-distance scene since his summer track days as a 9-year old. Sitting at No. 10 on the MileSplit Class of 2020 Recruiting Rankings, he owns the fastest 800m among the senior class with a personal best of 1:49.55, which he accomplished as a sophomore in 2018. The senior is three-fifths of the way finished with his college recruiting visits.
