Desert Vista (AZ): Built to win in 2019. Has a team that can challenge for NXN, even in tough Southwest region. 71.89% (619 votes) Summit (WA): Defending champs. Return all seven runners from last year's title team. 10.45% (90 votes) Naperville North (IL): Runners-up in 2018. Despite losing top three runners, will be in the hunt. 4.18% (36 votes) Fayetteville-Manlius (NY): 4th in 2018, 11-time winners.
