Virginia:
Blacksburg boys and girls put on a show at the Great Meadow Invite this weekend. Blacksburg girls put 5 scorers in the top-10 to win with 27 points. Blacksburg boys had 5 runners in the top-12 with a 38 second spread. For full meet coverage click here.

Florida:
Mark Parrish, Tampa Chamberlain, won the Red Mule boys race with a 15:57 and Alyssa Burkert, Ocoee, dominated the girls race with a near-two minute victory in 18:34. For full meet coverage click here.
Indiana:
Futsum Zeinasellasse, North Central High School, cruised to an easy victory in his 2009 XC debut at the Brebeuf Prep XC Invitational with a time of 15:50.20. Futsum was 7th at Footlocker Nationals last year as a frosh. Tom Ohlman, Carmel High, was 2nd in 15:56.90. Meet results. North Carolina:
Wesley Frazier, Ravenscroft, (Photo by Chris Watters) has put herself on the national map with a 17:49 on a tough dual meet course this week. More details to follow. Mohammed Abushouk, Cary, won the Providence Invite, site of the Footlocker South Regional, with a time of 15:35. Reidy Jones, Broughton, was 2nd in 15:44. Providence Invitational coverage.
Cary Academy soph Thomas Graham finished 2nd at the WNC XC Carnival with a time of 15:39. Science Hill, TN senior Michael Mansy won the race with a time of 15:32. Maine:
Emily Durgin, Cheverus, won the Jack Wilkinson Memorial XC meet with a dominating course record time of 19:21, to win by one minute. For full meet coverage click here.

St. Xavier senior Jackson Carnes won the Tiger Run varsity race with a course record time of 15:44. Two time defending state champ Emma Brink won the girls varsity race with a time of 18:31. Meet coverage page.

BLUE JAY INVITATIONAL: Justin Eilerman leads New Breman to team victory with an individual title in 15:49 for 5K. Spencerville girls squad claimed team honors producing three runners in MileSplit National Elites. Meet Results
Georgia:
Kirubel Erassa of Grayson didn't waste any time proving he belongs with the country's best, running a 14:59 to win the Bob Blastow Early Bird Invitational, with the help of a brisk 4:25 first mile. Bret McDaniel, Riverwood, went sub-18, winning the girls race in 17:48. Georgia weekend recap.
