Timmy Odunjo was the most improved boy's hurdler in 2019. He dropped his time from 40.78 in 2018 down to 37.80 in 2019. He improved by almost three seconds. He was the PIAA T&F State Championships Class 3A runner up with a time of
37.87.
Odunjo was beaten only by Northeast High School's (PA) Godwin Kabanda who ran 37.29 at the state meet. Kabanda also had big improvements from 2018 to 2019. In 2018 he ran a seasons best time of 39.32 to running a 37.29 in to win the Class 3A PIAA T&F State Championships in 2019. His improvement of just over two seconds ranks him 28th on the list.
