The country's top sophomore sprinter is back in full force. Following last year's campaign with top five all-time wind-legal performances in the 100m (11.13) and 200m (22.48), Davis has opened with US No. 1s of 11.27 (+2.0) and 23.06 (+0.2) in her respective events. Cunliffe ended last spring with a flurry, reaching as high as 14-feet to finish the track and field season tied with a US No. 1. This year, Cunliffe didn't wait long. She went 13-6 at the Texas Relays, then skied for an unbelievable mark of 14 feet, 8 inches at Arcadia, setting a new national record by a half-of-an-inch. Cunliffe is in 15-foot territory -- and no high school girl has ever accomplished that feat before.
