As the indoor season rushes on, nation-leading performances are becoming harder and harder to break with every step.

This past week, however, athletes made considerable noise.

A national-class thrower from Washington tossed the weight over 80 feet, a rising mid-distance star from New Jersey produced an all-time best in the 800m, and dangerously talented sprinter from Illinois rocketed from his starting position to a new US No. 1.

Check out all the top performances from this weekend.
