Here's the interesting part about the lists we've pulled together. 

The newly crowned national record holders, Bullis School (MD), will be found just twice on four pieces of data. And they're not ranked No. 1 on either of them. 

So that's important. Keep in mind when looking at data that it doesn't always explain the nuts and bolts of what makes a team great. It only gives you the ideal numbers to make it happen. 

Bullis, for example, registered two national record relays this past weekend in Virginia with a short hurdler, a strong 100m-200m sprinter and two natural 400m athletes. 

In the lists below, teams were ranked by the stature and volume of athletes who have posted open times at their respective events so far (Bullis' Ashton Allen, for example, hasn't run an open 200m, nor has Andre Turay run either an open 200m or 400m).
