Western Branch (VA) High School senior and University of Kentucky signee Shadajah Ballard exploded out of the blocks and won the 55 meter hurdles in a US No. 1 of 7.69 seconds on Saturday at The VA Showcase in Lynchburg, Virginia. That time was a personal PR by 3-hundredths of a second for Ballard, who finished second in this race last year. Check out the race above.
