It was a busy week of action leading into the New Year for indoor track and field athletes on the East Coast.
Major times went down in a variety of events, and many of them will continue to drop as 2019 hits.
And fresh off three national championships in the girls relays in 2018, the Bullis School (MD) girls and boys are off to a good start this indoor season, racking up three US No. 1s over the past week.
Check out every new US No. 1 in the country from Dec. 24-30.
