St. James Academy competed with Mill Valley for the class 5A 4x800m state title in 2018. At the end of the race, St. James would come out with the win and the new all-class state record in 9:19.6. Both teams beat the all-class state record during the race, a record that had stood for 16 years. Watch the video above.
