We used our database to pull the top combined throwers in the country in both the shot put and the discus. Leading the way is Patrick Larrison from Moore High School in Oklahoma. In the month since the last time we've run this report, Larrison has improved his combined mark from 277 feet 0.5 inches to 278-3 inches.
Sam Welsh from Concord Academy (MA) has also had some improvement over the past month, taking over the No. 2 spot on the top combined shot put and discus list. Welsh went from throwing a combined total of 261-5 inches to 271-1 inches.
