Marion Humphrey Finishes Off Individual Triple At Alabama Championships
Maybe unheralded in some ways, Hoover's Marion Humphrey certainly changed that idea this weekend at the Alabama Class 7A Championships.
The Hoover senior, a nationally ranked 300m hurdler, won three individual events in the 110mH, 300mH, and 400m to cap off an extremely successful day.
But it was in the 300mH, his premier event, where he threw down his most impressive time, gathering a US No. 1 mark of 36.00 to claim the state's top prize.
He went 14.00 in the 110mH and 47.43 in the 400m as well.
