The Emerging Elite Boys competition saw another fight to the finish between New Jersey, New York and Virginia.
But in the end, New Jersey grabs win number two.
This time, it was the Garden State's dominance in the field that put them over the edge. The state scored 21 more points than the next closest state, led by Nadale Buntin in the triple jump and Kyle Lipscomb in the shot put.
