The Class LL Championships will be this Saturday at the Floyd Little Athletic Center in New Haven with a start time of 10 am.

Danbury boys have won the last five Class LL titles and they are favored to win their sixth straight.  As they have done it in the other 14 championships they have won since 1998, their strength is their depth.  They are the top seed in the 4 x 200, 4 x 400m and sprint medley relays along with the Sean-Michael Parkinson in the 300m and Malcolm Going in the 600m race.

William Landowne of Staples is having a great season and currently has the #2 time in the country of 8:31 from the Yale Invitational.  He is the top seed in the 1000m, 1600m and 3200m.  He If he goes for the team point and triples, it will certainly help his team's chances.  But if he only does one or two events, he could take down any meet record
