The National Letter of Intent regular period for high school football players opens tomorrow.
Thankfully, it will be a little less hectic this time around, considering in December the NCAA granted an early signing period for football athletes across the country.
But some of the nation's best talent still held out until now. And guess what! Some of those athletes have very strong backgrounds in football and track and field.
Click on the slideshow to view the top nine athletes left in the signing class who could potentially make a great impact on college track and field teams as much as on the football field.
