Boys 600m
Current Record: 1:17.58
Year Record Was Set: 2012
Why: Livingston actually has the top three fastest times ever run over 600m, all of which are 1:17.99 or faster. Rodney Agyare-May, a 2017 graduate of Burncoat (MA) High, was the last athlete to come close to breaking this record just when he ran 1:18.31 and 1:18.40 in 2017 for the sixth- and ninth-fastest times ever. He's the third-fastest performer all time.
The current US No. 1 mark in this event is 1:19.92, held by East Greenwich (CT) High's Cebastian Gentil. In our opinion, the only foreseeable way this record could be broken is if a 400-500m guy like Tyrese Cooper, Brian Herron, or Eric Allen Jr. takes a whack at it.
