This past weekend we witnessed what was potentially one of the greatest high school boys 300m races of all time at the VA Showcase. Brian Herron set a new national record in 32.64, while second-place finisher Eric Allen Jr. from Bullis School (MD) also ran under the old U.S. No. 1 all-time mark by going 32.84.

The race was all around incredible as previous U.S. No. 1 all-time Tyrese Cooper finished third in 33.12. This year is stacking up to be one of the greatest years for the high school boys 300m ever.

Take a look at the top all-time list in the MileSplit database as well as the top 50 marks for the past five years.
