8. Luke Labatte, Rosemount (MN)
It looks like junior is starting to peak at just the right time, having run sub 15:50 in both of his last two races. You could consider Labatte and Iverson rivals, with the pair having close finishes in every race they raced together.
For example, Labatte took second to Iverson at the Irish Invite, where less than a second gap separated the duo. At state, he took third to Iverson's second-place finish. Labatte has proven he can produce some fast times and it will be interesting to see what he can run on a much flatter course.
