St. Xavier, Louisville Has Strong Showing At Greater Louisville Classic
The St. Xavier boys from Louisville, Kentucky, earned another win at the Greater Louisville Classic on Saturday.
The team, ranked Flo50 number 11, scored 55 points to take the win over Trinity (Louisville) who took second place with a score of 76 points. The Tigers had a 0:50 1-5 split and a 16:07 average. The St. Xavier boys placed second, 10th, 12th, 13th, and 18th. The second-place runner was senior Patrick Schaefer, who finished the 5K course in 15:33.44.
Taking the overall boys individual win was senior Carter Coughlin from Webb School of Knoxville (TN). Coughlin's winning time was 15:21.21.
