What signifies a great teammate?
Someone who leads by example? Who performs up to everyone's expectations? Or someone who's willing to speak up and encourage others to get the most out of themselves?
The answer: It's all three.
Syracuse (UT) High senior and Arkansas University signee Hunter Woodhall shows in the above clip a few things: leadership, encouragement, dedication and his driven-nature.
It worked. Woodhall won two individual Utah Track and Field Championships on Saturday, going a state record and US No. 7 time of 46.24 seconds to lower his own best time by over a quarter of a second.
