Rancho Verde (Ca.) High senior Isaiah Cunningham has decided to run for the Baylor University next fall.
He announced his decision back in December but made it official Friday.
Cunningham is one of the nation's top sprint recruits having run wind-legal PR's of 10.35 in the 100m, 21.21 for 200m, and 47.68 in the 400m. This season he currently holds the third fastest all-conditions California 100m time of 10.48 and the 2nd fastest all-conditions 200m time of 21.38.
Last year Cunningham was only behind Michael Norman, Isaiah Diego-william, and Tj Brock in the 200m in California.
Cunningham joins a strong Baylor recruiting class with some of the best 200m and 400m runners in the country.
