The Utah Valley Invitational played host to a few nation-leading marks on Saturday in Orem, Utah.
In the boys 800m, Spanish Fork senior and Utah State signee Heston Andersen flew to a US No. 1 mark of 1:50.26, while Springville's Haden Penrod went US No. 3 in 1:50.79 and American Fork's Patrick Parker went US No. 4 in 1:50.84. The elevation in Orem is 4,619 feet.
Parker's teammate, Brigham Young University commit and two-time NXN winner Casey Clinger, won the 1600m in a US No. 2 time of 4:08.71.
