Florida sophomore Tyrese Cooper set the 300m national high school record at the VA Showcase in 33.03.
Check out the elite high school entries for the Armory Track Invitational this Friday in New York. Saturday's races at the Armory also include some all-star prep action, as national record holder Tyrese Cooper has been invited to the professional section of the 300m and current and former 600m national record holders Sammy Watson and Kamryn McIntosh will face off in the event vs. Ajeé Wilson.
Another top event is the girls 1K, in which US #2 ranked Rachel McArthur will compete against US #4 Kaitlin Ryan, US #5 Katelyn Tuohy, US #9 Emily Philippides, US #10 Alex Harris, US #13 Lily Flynn and US #14 Caroline Timm, all of whom have raced under 2:54 this year.
