Kishona McCray is the best hurdler in the state of New Jersey not named Sydney McLaughlin. The senior at Central High School is the defending New Jersey Meet of Champions gold medalist in the 100m hurdles and placed runner-up to McLaughlin, a 2016 Olympian, in the 400m hurdles. With her PR of 1:00.63, McCray is the No. 10 ranked 400m hurdler in the Class of 2017.
